Strong Man

The sport of Strongman is about pushing the boundaries of human performance in multiple dimensions of athleticism. How fast can you move 50-ft carrying something heavy?  How heavy of a log can you clean and press over your head?  How far can you walk carrying a heavy stone?  The events often replicate historic feats as well as more primitive tests of strength.  Strongman events are as varied as you can get.  As such, strongman training must address overall athleticism, strength, endurance, speed, and explosiveness.  Most of all, to really excel at strongman you must learn to "embrace the suck."  As such, our training sessions are also set up to reinforce mental fortitude to help you have a deeper well to draw from when events get hard.  In short, its' a great way to train for anybody that just wants to improve their overall physicality including LEO's and first responders.
